This bronze plaque with an eagle in relief and the American and Puerto Rican flags is a component of the Puerto Rican Veterans Memorial Robert created in Boston. The plaza includes engraved donation bricks, engraved granite posts, and bronze plaques. The focal point is a sculpture of two soldiers. Memorial services and community events are held annually at the site.
